Construction Audit and Transition Management is a two day course that focuses on construction projects as well as effective transition to new sites. This is of particular importance in cases such as employee relocations, opening of new facilities, limiting disturbances to customer service, and adapting to new neighborhoods. There are many courses about construction audit but this class will take it to the next level.
The class runs for two days and students will be eligible for 16 CPE hours as prescribed by the NASBA.
